So I never made it to the end of Asylum too many personal issues going on so I never finished...but Today I started my second round of Insanity and here is my commitment to the next 30 days (at least planning on finishing the first month)

Week 1 of Insanity done...I love how my body is starting to look like, I can feel it a bit firmer than last week and even today I didn't have to stop as much as the first time I did plyo circuit...besides I'm trying really hard to stay on my calorie range and this morning I weighted my self and I lost 1.8 lbs already...I started at 176.4 lbs and now I'm 174.6 lbs... tomorrow rest day but I think I'll do a yoga dvd or something let's see

Week 2 finished and lost 2.2 lbs, now I'm down to 172.4 lbs....this is the motivation that I need to keep pushing harder on this program

Fit test #2 done and over...I feel like my heart is beating out of my chest and I can't catch my breath but for the rest is are my results

Week 3 done...this time I gained the 2.2 lbs I lost last week...I have to admit that I didn't watch what I ate to close so maybe that's why I gained them now I'm 174.2 lbs again...well next week will be a new week and I'm going to look at what I eat much closer

Week 4 done....Lost 1.4 lbs, watching what I eat pays off, one small victory is that I went to the pool and for the first time I didn't wear a t-shirt on top of my bathing suit....I still don't like what I see completely but I'm getting there and that's what counts.

Week 6: kind of disappointing today, I started my month 2 of Insanity but my body was not cooperating towards the end...the results were not as I expected and I feel very nauseous

Week 6 done..I could have done better but these workouts are harddddddddddddd I forgot about that, this week I'll try to push more
