The other day I joined the 28 Day Fitness Challenge. I like that the videos are 10 minutes and I can still get in 20 minutes on the elliptical, read emails, and get to school on time. Later I get another 20 on the elliptical and try to do at least one more 10 minute video. But the minutes don't get logged for the videos on the fitness tracker for some reason and I'm not too keen on that. I'm not one to quit something, and I'll keep giving it a go, but I decided to order two Jillian Michaels' dvd's and when they arrive I may change my mind and then join the Healthy Cooking Challenge instead. The reviews on the Jillian Michaels' dvds sounded promising.
DH made a delicious salad tonite with goodies we picked up at the Farmer's Market on Sunday. It's kinda crazy how I am enjoying salad these days. Oh but the tomatoes are so dang good! 'Splurged and had a piece of garlic bread (we used to eat it by the loaf at least twice a week and haven't had any for months!) and still came in within my calorie range for the day.
