Today was a good day! I was hungry at one point this afternoon but I stuck to my plan plus had a couple of glasses of tea. I am tired and will be going to bed soon.

Breakfast (2 eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 cup almond milk & 1 cream cheese wedge)
Snack (Orange)
Lunch (1 serving Black Bean Casserole, 1 cup coleslaw with zero calorie gluten free caesar dressing)
Snacks (4 celery stalks, 1 tbsp hummus) (1/2 cup greek vanilla yogurt & 1/2 cup peaches)
Dinner (2 cups homemade soup & 2 homemade italian meatballs made with ground turkey)
