Well, I just had to break down and do this all over again. I have not done ANYTHING I was supposed to do as far as eating all the right stuff. I think sometimes it is so much harder to do what is right than to do what just comes so naturally to us. Do you sometimes look at your calorie intake and think"Well, If I go and eat this and I am still in my calorie intake, then what is the harm of it?" I have been doing that for about 2 months now. Although I stay in my calorie intake for the day I am still making bad food choices. I have stumbled badly and it is time for me to get up off the floor where I think I have been since 2 months ago. I think if we had someone to just sit us down and construct a more basic meal plan for a day then maybe people like me can do more about our healthier habits. I look at that meal planner and I am just as confused as I was excited about doing this. I just said to heck with it and started over.
