I keep going and going. I decided that today was the day that I was going to take control and get my big ole booty back to the gym. I made an appointment with my gym buddy for 9 a.m. sharp and was actually 30 minutes early!!! My gym buddy arrived on time and we proceeded to do some elliptical and biking and weights. We were there for 90 minutes and even though I feel tired I am happy that I kept the appointment. We are meeting again tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. and I cannot wait to do some different things. Planning on doing the treadmill and elliptical, but maybe even trying to do the 30 minute work out room as well.
The only thing I want to know is why do I feel so tired around 3pm every day when I exercise? I thought it was supposed to energize you and give you more energy? I feel the opposite....tired. Anyone else experience this??
