I keep going and going. I decided that today was the day that I was going to take control and get my big ole booty back to the gym. I made an appointment with my gym buddy for 9 a.m. sharp and was actually 30 minutes early!!! My gym buddy arrived on time and we proceeded to do some elliptical and biking and weights. We were there for 90 minutes and even though I feel tired I am happy that I kept the appointment. We are meeting again tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. and I cannot wait to do some different things. Planning on doing the treadmill and elliptical, but maybe even trying to do the 30 minute work out room as well.

The only thing I want to know is why do I feel so tired around 3pm every day when I exercise? I thought it was supposed to energize you and give you more energy? I feel the opposite....tired. Anyone else experience this??

    Oh yeah, always tired-lol. Protein is an awesome suggestion it is good fuel that will keep you running. Also, make sure you are getting sufficient sleep at night. You are rockin' it!! Keep up the good work!

    Energizer- wohooo! You sure are an energizer motivator! After reading your blog , I just want to do the same!
How was your training today? I feel tired in the afternoon too and I think it happens for different reasons- for me anyway...
I agree with jkponygirl, eating can be one reason... But don't forget that you need some sleep to get top performance! Sometimes a big glass of water is my solution!

Start strong and keep on going and going! You can do this!!!!

    I am guessing also it has to do with the timing of your food/macros. WTG on getting on the Make it Happen program!!

    I had been getting tired in the afternoon until I started eating better. Check and make sure you are eating enough early in the day, or maybe you need a snack to get you through to dinner, or maybe you are eating to many carbs early in the day and are having a sugar crash.

Great job on the gym commitment. having a gym buddy makes it so much easier doesn't it?
