Monday, Monday, Monday...oh, what a wonderful day. I do think its a wonderful day for a new slate though :) Dont hate on Monday THAT bad!! Think of it as a fresh start. Even if you have been going strong, just keep going! Keep pushing! Maybe even push yourself a little more ;)
I THINK I have been slacking a little. I havent been eating too well latley and it has me feeling kinda crappy. However, its the start of a new month and I feel as though I can make this month GREAT. Started my Monday morning off with a great workout. Pushed myself hard this morning on the tredmill and increased the speed more than I have in the past. Probably the first time in awhile I can run that long without stopping. So, with that being said, I actually feel really good about it :)
Cracked w/ the wheat thins at lunch. And the peanut butter. THE PEANUT BUTTER GETS ME EVERYTIME. I love love peanut butter and when I eat it with my banana I always end up eating more than I should. However, that snack filled me and I just ate some wheat thins along w/ my spinach, mozz, and tomatoe salad. I think I am gunna be full until dinner. If not, I have fruit, a yogurt, and a special K bar to hold me over!
I am looking at the positives here:
Ran hard and long in the morning..and...my legs look great in my dress today
