Woot first week, first loss total

3IBS. woot I am so proud of such a great first week! I know this will be hard, esp. cutting out the sweets. So as a means of still getting my beloved sweets I bought some of the smart ones single deserts they are portion controlled and have quite a few varieties so I can have my sweets as long as I track them and don't eat a whole box. they only have about 150 calories a piece.

My other sweet problem. My husband has decided he will join me on this journey so things should go smoothly for us if we both are working towards the same goals healthier bodies and out of plus sizes for me and out of big and tall's for him, ok so at 6'5" for him the tall thing probably won't be going anywhere but under a 40" waist for him. Neither of us will ever be considered tiny and we are totally ok with that just we don't want to be the fat couple.

School is almost out for me only 2 more weeks and I can up the working out portion of my days. I know i could probably squeeze in a small workout everyday if I really tried but I am trying to be ready for finals so for the next two weeks I will eat right and not worry about the working out but I will have my gym bag packed and ready just in case.

Speaking of which I have scheduled in 1/2 hour tonight to make sure my bike is ready for this summer. Air in the tires, the lock nearby, my bungee net poised for action. I want to start riding my bike to work everyday starting wednesday. I guess if I do ride my bike the 6.5 miles I will be getting my workout in. besides Biking is free and takes about the same amount of time the bus takes to get me home.

I made the best potatoes for my lunch (today's lunch) I boiled them in cubes with a bouillon cube of chicken and then smashed them once the pan was dry over a little olive oil so they are somewhere between mashed potatoes and hash browns. but I tested them for yummyness and yum!

So I guess the countdown has begun i am 3 pounds closer to being under 200ibs. and 3ibs. closer to being out of the plus sizes.

YOU HAVE DONE GREAT!!! SEE YAS HERE SAME TIME NEXT WEEK... LOL... My first weigh-in is tomorrow and I can hardly wait. Keep taking good care of yourself!
