I thought this was important enough to pass on:

2 glasses when water up- this helps to activate internal organs

1 glass 30 minutes before each meal- helps with digestion

1 glass before a bath-helps to lower blood pressure (this was new to me)

1 glass before bed- helps to avoid stroke or heart attack (this was new to me, also)

    Good info sharing...I agree and have read similar notes in different bits of research lately - especially the last one about value of drinking water just before bed - also good for kidney and bladder infection problems. I take a pint of water to bathroom every night now and drink half just before going to bed and the other half when I am up to the potty in the middle of the night to get rid of the first one!!!

    Thanks Linda. The one glass before bed makes me go the bathroom when i am starting to fall asleep.

    Interesting. The only problem with the glass of water before bed time is that it would probably prevent me from sleeping through the night. :-)
