It is June 4th, 2012. Nothing significant in this day for me. Just thought I'd do a quick update. My kids are out of school. I did Day 8 of Jillian today. I scoffed at other people posts of not doing 30 days straight of Jillian. Now its taken me almost 30 days to do 8 days, I'm not scoffing anymore. I weight 185.4 pounds today. So about 5 pounds lost in the last 30 days. Yay!!! Also, still on a whole foods diet for the most part. I had nachos a few days ago and they were gross. So yay veggies.
Workout Plan this week:
Monday: Jillian, Elliptical (30 mins)
Tuesday: Summer Series 5K run
Wednesday: Jillian, Walk with Mom
Thursday: Run 28 minutes
Friday Jillian, Walk with Mom, Elliptical?
Sunday: ? Run 29 minutes
I plan meals 3 days in advanced now. Unfortunately, fresh veggies and fruit doesn't last too long in my fridge.
