Bye-bye, number 4!

Monday, June 04, 2012

I almost hollered "woo-hoo" this morning when I weighed myself. After months of eating healthy (at least 90% of the time) and trying to get out of the 140s, I saw progress...my weight registered 139.4 today!

Another reason I'm excited is that my hubby has agreed to let me help him eat healthier after the doctor labeled him "obese" and his b.p. was up at last week's check-up. We plan to begin our new regimen Thursday, the day we kick off our new First Place program at church.

Best wishes for a healthy week to my Spark-friends!

Definitely a big Woo-hoo moment!! Great job, that must feel great! And it's very exciting you get to help your hubby now and your program sounds wonderful. Best wishes to you both, and the group. I'm sure you are a wonderful leader!

Congratulation for reaching the 130's!!! That's where I want to be!!! I just need to get motivated to 'get with the program'!
Thanks for the note on my page. Jeep was in the hospital a few days being treated for pneumonia. He is at home now and slowly getting his strength back.

Congratulations! Glad to hear your husband has joined in. It was just the opposite with us. My husband started and I got on board.
