Bye-bye, number 4!

I almost hollered "woo-hoo" this morning when I weighed myself. After months of eating healthy (at least 90% of the time) and trying to get out of the 140s, I saw progress...my weight registered 139.4 today!
Another reason I'm excited is that my hubby has agreed to let me help him eat healthier after the doctor labeled him "obese" and his b.p. was up at last week's check-up. We plan to begin our new regimen Thursday, the day we kick off our new First Place program at church.
