I had a wonderful weekend and awesome b-day. Relaxing and pampering isnít easy but someone has to do it. I sparked some but I did no fitness minutes. Iím guilty but Iím not beating myself up over it, I just let Killian do it this morning, did I mention how I hate her? Why must she lie so much about the time it takes to complete her videos? I am doing Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (BFBM) and No More Trouble Zones (NMTZ) for my June Month workouts and she states 40 minutes when it is more like an hour.
I almost passed out while patting myself on the back for getting close to the end. What a way to start the day. Starting with BFBM was a smart but torturous way to pay for not working out and being lazy these past few days. Wonít do that again, at least not any time soon. All cardio based with no weights just your body and you feel it right away. This will be a defining workout for my body and I can feel that it will change and change hard, I like that part! She keeps you moving with intensity from start to beginning and even though it was hard, I do not miss Ripped in 30 which sucked so much! I hated that workout, loved the changes it made in me but I hated it. I do not think I will hate Killian as much on BFBM so hopefully my tomorrow workout of NMTZ will be similar in challenging my attitude for the better.
After pounding your body with cardio heart stopping moves, she winds you down with a nice cool down that you are actually thankful for. She closes you out in a cross leg sitting pose which makes you reflect. I reflected on a great birthday, a great year and this awesome workout and my last thought before standing was wow, the fat girl can do a yoga pose with ease nowÖ.only gets better from here!
