My weekly goals:
*Eat 26 Weight Watcher points daily following the good health guidelines.
*Track 49 weekly bonus points. I use them or lose them.
* Accumulate 400 minutes of Physical activity.
* Touch base with my Spark Friends.
* Blog and post my weekly challenge totals to all.
*Take care of myself.
* Keep up with my Story of Hope[50 most important stories in the Bible] readings.
*Find time for my knitting, creating, and other reading.
I ate my 26 daily points, and ate an additional 115 bonus and activity points.
It was a fair week in maintain mode. I was down a half pound...not a big deal. Still hanging in there. I got 455 activity minutes in...not bad!
I was a bit neglectful of my spark friends. I visited as many blogs as possible, but will have more time after graduation is over! I'm blogging, and doing what I can for the challenges on my MIH team.
I got a bit behind with my Bible readings, but caught up again with the audio online version. It's the way to go for tough weeks when crunched for time! The t-shirt quilt is in full swing. I have the blocks done.
Some of them need a bit of tweeking. I am threading my machine and getting ready for some sewing this week. My Mom comes in town on Thursday, and she will help me layer the top batting and back. It's a job...the more hands the
merrier! I'm so glad she is coming! DH will be working on the garden and lawn all week getting ready for the grad party on Sunday. So much to do....I'd better get moving! Make it a great week everyone!
