Monthly Goals for June

Game of Thrones / A Song of Ice and Fire Challenge

First off, go team Stark!!!

Ok, now to the goals.

Nutrition:
-Stay within calorie range
-Eat at least on serving each of raw fruits and vegetables a day
-Plan meals for the week in advance
-Track drinks that have no calories (i.e. diet soda and tea)

Fitness:
-Go to the gym 3 times a week in the morning before work
-Yoga 2 times a week
-Work walks 3 times a week
-Walk the dog in the evenings 3 times a week

Other:
-Successfully learn to compile financial statements for the board report (work stuff, big deal to me)
-Make progress on buying a house, get preapproved for a loan and meet with a broker to start looking at houses
-Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night
-Get up without hitting the snooze button (still a very hard thing for me to do)
-Weigh 180 by the end of the month

I can do this, I know I can. I think the key for me is going to be getting enough sleep and getting up without hitting the snooze button. The gym and I have a date at 5:45 tomorrow morning, bring it on!
