Today has been a meh day. I couldn't fall alseep until 1am. And then I was woken up at 3am by people fighting in the McDonald's parking lot next door. I went back to sleep shortly after 3:30am. At 6am, I was woken up by pigeons cooing on my balcony, and then a loudly barking dog. So I read until 7am. By then, I wasn't feeling great...I was dizzy and a bit nauseated. So I came out to the living room. I made myself a cup of tea and tried to relax on the couch. I never did get any more sleep. I ended up feeling dizzy and nauseated most of the day. So I didn't do a whole lot.
Eating has been pretty decent today thought. I'm happy about that.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice of toast, glass of orange juice, 2 cups of coffee
Lunch: cottage cheese, 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries, 1/2 a dragon fruit (mmmm....this was so yummy I'm going to have the exact same thing tomorrow)
Dinner: 2 slices from a small pizza, salad, a few potato chips
I've just about finished my 3rd litre of water and I've had no alcohol today.
I spent a lot time today reading, listening to music and getting acquainted with my newest website addiction: Ravelry.com. I have decided that once I'm done my current dishcloth (which will be #8), that I'm going to graduate to something bigger. I'm going to make this Waffle Blanket next:
