Okay as this week is ending, I must say I am proud of myself for 2 reasons.
First, this is probably the first week in years that I have exercised at least 20 minutes all 7 days. The last two, because they were beautiful weekend days, I was able to walk for at least an hour both days. Even after the mess that was Friday, I walked up and down the steps at my house.
I am really excited that I can still eat out and stay within where I need to be calorie wise to hopefully lose weight. I don't think I will be disappointed if I don't lose any but I am definitely hoping to maintain. It can be my little less of "if I had made a few better choices on Friday (like having extra food at work) I could have potentially seen even more improvements.
This is the first time that I am challenging myself (one extra loop around the block, lets just go up this hill instead of the easier flat surface. I'm finally figuring out that cheating on my exercise just hurts me in the end and I actually seem to care).
