I am just loving this! I have tried a lot of different diets and had success with some. I was able to lose 30lbs once but starting gaining it back as soon as I made weigh in. I was always hungry and tired. That has all changed!
I feel great! I have a ton of energy now and I am not hungry every 1.5hrs. I can't believe I have lost 6lbs, not feeling hungry and not exercising.... I am starting the exercising this week I promise!
I get to eat everything that I like and lose weight... what?!?! I know!!!
I do want to add, I am not treating this as a "diet" but as a lifestyle change.
