Time to evict the major stress!

I need to find out ways to deal with my stress besides binge eating or smoking a cigarette. I have to realize that my life is just going to always have a ton of it- especially with my family and the line of work I am in.

I have starting walking. I have a mapped route for 2.21 miles and it feels so good to know I can do it. Sure some aches and pains are present, but that is expected with being obese. I'm hoping that I can start to enjoy walking and use it as a stress release.
