Today, I promised myself that I would blog about what I had eaten.

Apparently, I need this accountability. Success!

I ate at the low end of my calorie range and am done for the day.
I ate fruits, veggies and protein and calcium - all from whole-food sources.

It was an eating day I can be proud of.
