1. I will lose weight this month.
2. I will continue to only eat healthy fast food-IF I eat out at a restaurant. BTW I love Zoe's kitchen. And continue to eliminate meat because I feel better when I eat vegetarian.
3. I will continue to get as much sleep as possible each night.
4. I will spend more time with my Hubby.
5. I will not stress (deep breathing, positive thoughts, daily affirmations, mind my own business, and worry about me) about "dumb" -ness on my job.
6. I will exercise more and continue to challenge myself.
7. I will clean out my clothes closet.
8. I will start on my grand baby's scrap book.
9. I will go to the pool weekly.
10. I will laugh more, love hard and enjoy life!!!
