I set some news goals for myself yesterday and the good news is that I am well on my way to meeting them. I achieved my goal of getting 2 glasses (bottles) of water today. Actually I think I had more than that. I also stepped on the scale and I lost 2 pounds. So I am on my way to losing 5 lbs for the month. I have planned my walking day for tomorrow while my son is at soccer practice. Right now I feel really good about where I am headed and I feel that I have set a good path to get there. I know that the steps are small but in my experience when I bite of too much I just give up. So I decided that I would set my self up for success.
