Sooo....took another persons idea and instead of weighing myself I'm gonna take a picture each week and post up instead. I was out at the baseball fields all day today and was super proud of myself for planning in advance to be able to eat healthily while I was away from a microwave, stove, and the modern conveniences of your kitchen :)

I watched the rest of the parents eating chips, licorice, fudge rounds and the such and I ate my apple, orange, 100 calorie snack pack almonds and egg white sandwich....I had the strength to say no to all of the offers to eat licorice and chips because I didn't want it to hurt my picture next it is....
