Week 3 Day 15
-Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week?
CW- 209 =( I'm up 1.6 lbs..
I;m really not happy about having gained weight. But I do know why I have gained.
Getting into the accident at the beginning of the week really messed me up and I didn't work out for a couple days. And since I wasn't working out for a couple days, I also wasn't keeping track of my calories either. And I know that I went over.. Which is obvious now.. I feel really bad about it but it makes me wanna workout even harder this week and make up for last week..
This week I plan to get ALL of my workouts in and keep track of my calories everyday. Hopefully I will be able to get back down to my starting weight or maybe even under.
