Week 2 Day 14
-What is your least favorite type of strength exercise?
I really hate doing pushups!!
I think I only really hate doing them because they are so hard for me to do and I never really liked them to begin with. Maybe once I am able to do more without wanting to give up I think that I will like them.
But till then, I absolutely hate them.. Still do them though.. Almost everyday. And I can see the difference they are making in my arms and chest.
