I began dieting 3 years ago, starting at 163 pounds. Within 6 months I joined SP weighing in at 158 pounds. I'm a little sick of dieting. So for the past several months I've been sloppy about consuming too many carb snacks and not tracking calories. So, I have gained 3.5 pounds. I have been faithfully exercising all along, though not tracking that. Exercise is NOT a chore for me, but dieting sure is.
So, I've had my vacation, my break from the calorie drill. I am penitent.
Despite all this, I've dropped a shoe size and a bra size. However, my waist has added 2 inches without my permission. -?- Go figure.
Isn't it interesting that people are quick to praise you for losing weight, but drop the subject when they notice weight gain? Hey! Let me know. Guilt motivates me!
