I *think* I may have my band figured out. I have been noticing things the last month or two and am now seeing progress.
For instance, I would fill my plate to what I 'used' to be able to eat. Granted, I always had a lot of food left over, but I still would put way too much on my plate. Now....I estimate what will fill me up, and that's what goes on my plate.
I would snack and graze throughout the day. Now....I may or may not have a snack between breakfast and lunch. More often, I don't. I just wait until lunchtime.
I find I am doing way less snacking than I was before...placing importance on my actual mealtimes. I am satisfied...not starving all the time. Occasionally, I will have a sweet treat, but definitely not as often as before.
Progress feels GREAT!!!
