10K Training

104 Days to the Air Force Marathon 10K - can't wait.
Training starts tomorrow - doing a modification of Hal's program. I can already do more than the first few weeks call for but since I have the time a good base can't hurt.

Have decided to give up soda - all kinds even the diet. I just don't feel right when I drink it and it it such a waste of calories. So am kicking that from the fridge and adding in sun tea for the summer. Tastes better anyway!

Church this morning then Ikea, Catherine's and JCPenney. Home to put together new end tables and then to finally start reading Shades of Grey. My sister is already on book 3 and I am annoying her that I haven't started yet....LOL! Hurry up and read the girlie porn! Too funny!

    You sound good; very positive. I rarely drink soda of any type except when out at a restaurant. A couple days ago, my sister even commented on how much water I drink. We'd spent the week together vacationing and she was buying tea, juices and other drinks while I just kept filling my water bottle. I must be so out of touch with the world. I just learned Shades of Grey even exists last week. Enjoy your day!
