Here we on on day three of June and here I am on day three of celebrating yet another birthday. (My youngest son's) Next weekend I'll be on the road again to see my grandbaby, then comes Father's Day. Then my Hubby's birthday, then the 4th of July ends it all with my Precious Firstborn's birthday. Then things are calm until the end of summer.
How would you deal with all of this?
Staying on track takes great resolve. I have reduced my size of the indulgences. Most of the time my tastebuds are greatly disappointed. Thankfully many of my party habits have changed for the better, I now sport a water bottle. Grease laden snacks do not hold much appeal .
I'm supposed to be doing the Health Starts Here Challenge... but the only challenge I have been facing is getting started. :(
