So June is here already. It's actually been here, I've been denying the fact that it came so quickly. I decided last night that I need to work harder on not eating all the junk that I usually do. My plan, there's always a plan (following through with it is another story), is to eat healthy on a more strict basis until I at least go on vacation towards the end of June. That means no candy or pastries like donuts. If I do go out to eat, which is a common weekly happening because the boyfriend likes to go out and eat, I will eat in moderation. I have to learn that it is okay not to eat everything in front of me. It's okay to not ask for a take home bag. It is okay to not order fries as a side when going out to eat; I do not need a side to go with a burger.
Weekly spark goals:
-Track food completely for at least 3 days (I hate looking at how much I eat)
-Go to the gym at least 4 times this week
-Go walking or hiking at least once this week
-maintain weight or lose one pound
-log on to sparkpeople and blog about progress at least three times this week
Sounds like an acceptable plan. The plan does not ask for that much. I simply have to think with my head instead of my eyes. I also have to eat filling foods like fish, fruit, oatmeal, etc.
