Well, I am trying to be as positive as I can this June. So far so good! Check out my Spark's page. I added new pictures of motivational quotes.

Ongoing goals: Gaining faith and confidence in my abilities, believing I can and will succeed, letting go of frustration; and just living life in the moment more often.


Here are my goals for June:
1-Walk for 30 minutes at least 2-3 x per week.
2-Go back to the gym! It will happen! :)
3-Try a recipe from Spark's people!


Tools for my goals
For Walking:
-Good shoes (check)
-Sun glasses (check)
-Sun Block (Need)

For going Back to the Gym:

-Clothes for working out (Check but could use a couple more things.)
-Good shoes (Check)
-Scrunchies/pony tail holders (Need)
-Determination (Work in Progess)

For trying a new recipe:
-Cookware (check)
-Ingredients for whatever I decide to make (Pending based on what I decide to make)

    Great goals! You've written them out very well, you know what you want and exactly what you need to do to get there.

    I found that I liked working out better when I had more fun clothes to choose from, so I allowed myself to treat myself to workout clothes. I don't go crazy, nothing was more than $20 or $25 (and often quite less - gotta love old navy and their sales), but I now have quite the assortment of clothes, for all kinds of activities in all kinds of weather, and it really makes a difference for my motivation. I get kinda excited about it because I can choose what to wear!

    Also, make sure you have a great bra, and don't skimp on it, either. I highly recommend "Shock Absorber". The ladies don't go anywhere, which means there's no discomfort, which means working out is much more enjoyable!

    Good for you!!! This is going to be a great month for you, I can tell!

    Great goals! Check out my Recipe Book (ellejay7) on Spark Recipes. The one I would recommend for easy, yummy and diverse is the Fiesta Chicken in a crock pot. You can eat over rice or in a wrap...So yummy.
