Well, I am trying to be as positive as I can this June. So far so good! Check out my Spark's page. I added new pictures of motivational quotes.
Ongoing goals: Gaining faith and confidence in my abilities, believing I can and will succeed, letting go of frustration; and just living life in the moment more often.
Here are my goals for June:
1-Walk for 30 minutes at least 2-3 x per week.
2-Go back to the gym! It will happen! :)
3-Try a recipe from Spark's people!
Tools for my goals
-Good shoes (check)

-Sun Block (Need)
For going Back to the Gym:
-Clothes for working out (Check but could use a couple more things.)
-Good shoes (Check)
-Scrunchies/pony tail holders (Need)
-Determination (Work in Progess)
For trying a new recipe:
-Ingredients for whatever I decide to make (Pending based on what I decide to make)
