lost the umpffff

I started the week out strong and somewhere in the middle i fizzled.....so I am making my self a vow starting tomorrow I am going to go at this week strong....exercise at least one half hour a day (but aim for an hour) eat right and smart and get the proper amount of sleep and keep my feet firmly on the ground.........I see old patterns setting in and that scares me.......I feel like blah and that is worrisome as well....the scale hasnt changed much but I do want it to go down so I know what has to be done and I AM GOING TO DO!!!!! I will keep you posted but i might need some encouragement on certain days.
