Ok sparkies....here it is..June already.
You know how I said I was gonna do 30 day shred at least 3 days a week for a month? YEAH..that didn't happen. I should be almost done by now..and I did it good for about a week and a half but I just hate having to stick to one workout..I hate it...I like variety and to decide the night before what crazy workout I'm gonna do the next morning. That's the only routine I really have. I didn't eat the best the past month probably...I've been increasingly bloated...and it makes me feel FAT. Now I've had a week of pretty good eating (minus memorial day)..and I think I'll be able to get back ...NO WAIT..I KNOW I'll be able to get back to more disciplined eating with my current clinical happening...it's LONG days mon-fri I'm either there or at my job. No time to snack (which is my downfall) I'm not home til 5-630 each night..gone by 7am..so...I can do this..get back on track. I will say this..it's hard to eat TOTALLY clean...I don't have a ton of money..I can barely pay my bills..no money to help Troy pay house bills...so I can't help with groceries. Troy has gotten healthier and we do have options..but I can't expect him to buy all the "crazy" stuff I'd wanna eat. So I do my best. When I'm done with this clinical and everything..I can really make more money and help with groceries and get what I want and what he wants...I do the best I can with I we have around.
As for working out...I sort of broke up with Body Rock as you all know...but I've been introduced to some more sites like BR through my friend Hannah aka FITMOMMYFORLIFE...so What I'm going to do for June is at least 3 body rock type (HIIT) workouts a week. At least 3. IN ADDITION to whatever else I choose. OnDemand has great options and I have a collection myself.
So...goals for June:
More disciplined eating. Less snacking or NO snacking.
At least 3 HIIT workouts a week (in addition to my other stuff)
Try to get more protein in my diet. Anyone have any ideas for a cheap/health protein supplement?
That's it. I"m not going nuts here. I'm tired. I'm extremely busy. I'm not saying I'll do this workout or that one..I'm saying I WILL WORKOUT. LOL..that's all I can do! I'm also going to spark more. I have to..
I'm also going to blog what I eat....I need to be accountable. that's it...someone suggested it..I NEED to do it.
So here's what I've had today...(not very proud of it.)
*Bagel with scrambled egg and cheese
*Whole grain pasta with a few pieces of sliced sausage
*All natural popcorn
