Oh that scale.

Do I ever hate that scale. I work so hard on my eating and my exercise and that scale still goes up. I looked at it as maybe muscle or my eating and the exercise is not working out to the point of losing. I need to exercise more with what I eat.

I have a bad left leg that slows me down. It is getting better with the moving that I have been doing but the weight is not going down. I have a hard time keeping track of my food on sparkpeople. It is lots of work for me with all the other things I do. I read a lot on here to learn where I'm making my mistakes.

My goal for this week is to
1. Write my food in a my journal that is not on the computer.
2. Weight the starches.
3.Look up the veggies that are starches.

See if there is a in differences my weight loss. I need to see the difference in my cloths or just not focus on it so much.

    My binge eating therapist recommends you put the scale away and not concentrate on a number but to measure yourself, inches mean alot, think of the little success like not eating emotional how many days can you go measure the changes you have made that you may have not made before. those are the things just measure them slowly

    I hate the scale too and have learned to judge my success on how my clothes fit, excess energy and overall feeling better.

You are doing it right by finding what works for you and taking things one step at a time.
