*Day 1 Good*

welp day one went ok. i did have like 10 double stuffed oreo cookies :(:(:( but no red meat. today so far NO RED MEAT. ate 6 bananas, and watermelon all day. chicken watermelon and 2 peices of garlic bread wiith cheese for lunch. yummy.
