Wow, June already! Only 4 more days with my 7th grade students and then Summer Break! I am looking forward to a break from teaching (well from 7th graders, never really get a break since I have 7 year olds) but I am a bit nervous. Being at home with my kitchen a few steps away has been my downfall.
With that said, my first goal has to be keeping myself busy so I do not mindlessly eat. To help me with the challenge I am continuing my 21 day binge challenge (have completed once), joining the SASS team challenge, and just a long to do list for everyday. The list includes cleaning, gardening, swimming, reading, and exercising. And then of course chauffeuring my girls around to different summer activities that I found were free. :) I love the public library and red cross for all their free activities.
Goal Two: Continue you my journey of relaxing and not being perfect. I have calmed down a lot this month and wanting to continue that journey.
Goal Three: Is to continue to exercise everyday, complete a spark video, log my food and exercise. Now, I will admit, i am no longer logging my food with sparkpeople. I really like myfitnesspal website and app much better and have started using it this month.
Goal Four: To loose 4 lbs this month. I am good being a turtle and taking it one day at a time.
