HCG Day 10 12lbs down!

Wow! Ok my last blog I talked about how the book said my weightloss would slow and it did but I went back up and lost 1.6lbs today. I was so excited to be under 200lbs!! This is absolutely amazing! I still feel great, probably the number one question from everyone while I do this program.
Here is my start pic (taken after the two fat loading days at 211lbs) and my today picture at 199lbs.

In just 7 days you can SEE the difference so I know this isn't just water weight. And I am fitting into my pre pregnancy clothes! WOO HOO!!!!
I will say last night was my first temptation. Walking by the kids alfredo pasta I wanted so badly to have a few bites. then later my husband grubbed on some wheat thins and sucked down a venti chocolate cookie thing from Starbucks and I really resisted the urge to just gobble it up. But I didn't even flinch and just thought about my success so far and my goals. Reminded myself this is temporary, I'm 10 days in and there are 32 days to go. I can do this for 32 more days with results like this! And I didn't cheat at all. I also thought about how mad I would be at myself if I ruined my progress so far!! It worked and I didn't feel bad about not eating the junk at all.

Lasts night Dinner was:
Filet Mignon
Lemony Cucumbers

Strawberries with Stevia
Bread Stick

Lunch today will be:
Lemony Cucumbers
Bread stick
Although I don't eat all this at once I choose to break it up because I get too full after 1 or 2 things.

So dinner I think will be Mahi Mahi.

So far everything is just great and I am very pleased with the results. I will try to post measurements next week!

    good job! can defnitely tell a difference! You aren't flabby though, even in the first pic! (I feel uber flabby, need some spanx lol)
