For the month of May, I've maintained my weight (30 pounds down January to April), but it's time to change gears and lose the other 40 pounds.
I haven't been as invested as I was when I lost the first 30 pounds and I know that is why everything has come to a dead stop. Thanks to BOSS61's great blog post, I have examined the areas that I can improve and make this happen.
Do MORE physical activity (CONSISTENTLY)
Drink 8-12 cups of water a day (I have been averaging 6)
Track sodium intake (new area to target)
Increase my calorie intake and start tracking every morsel again
Today is the day I begin!
