So, I did workout Sunday. I went to 24 Hour Fitness and did the Turbo Kick class.
It was great, but I think I overdid it a little. I drank my protein drink after it was over and went home. I sat down on the couch and suddenly felt really sick. I don't know if it was a combination of not drinking enough water (I drank about 60 ounces during the class so I don't see how that could be it) or maybe I needed some more food, but I felt nauseous, I was shaking and my head felt like it was going to explode. I took some tylenol and ate a few crackers and tried to shove some more water down my throat. I eventually started feeling better, so I don't really know what it was.
This week has been really hectic and I have not gone to the gym. But, let's just say that I had to go to the doctor on Wednesday to get something checked out. Luckily, it wasn't what I was fearing, so I just got some medicine and hopefully that will solve the problem. I had tickets to the Rangers game that same night and that was horrible. The Rangers got beat 21-8. I don't think I should go to anymore games. It seems like everytime I go, they lose, badly.
Last night was my little sister's graduation. I still can't believe that she's actually an adult. I still remember when she was 2 years old and sitting up with me and my friends at slumber parties.
Well, I am working again today and it's been a pretty busy morning. This is the first time I've been able to sit down. I have been up walking around the building all morning. I can't wait till 3:30 rolls around so I can go home. Ok, one of the subs has a question. I gotta go.
