Slight update!

Saturday, June 02, 2012

My child called me in the middle of the night ,my time. She can't give any info out. So I only know about the shoulder. The Army gave her notice they were discharging her.She is fighting it because she can still do her job and is presently doing it.She was the only female injured and the lowest ranking person.I hope all goes well with Jag.I can't sleep with all my worries about her.I would love her in a safer place ,but I don't want her future wreaked because of injuries and bad decisions made by higher ups.I keep rereading blog to make sure everything is general.I've gotten in trouble because of several Facebook entries.PS: take it from me,don't go on Facebook if you are a hysterical mom with limited info.Maybe I should write the handbook for parents of deployed children.I would call it"The Dos and don'ts for parents"My laugh for the day. emoticon

Checking to see how you are this morning, hope you slept better - got to realize you need to take care of yourself too!

That stinks what they are considering, we'll keep her in our prayers that with JAG in her corner she'll win. It would be their loss and they can't afford that.

We all need to revisit the Deployed Parents Handbook, with your sense of humor it would be a great read. emoticon

good for your Daughter on fighting to stay in the Army. my brother had a problem with his hearing after being in there for many years but they discharged him for the ear problem. the military is a great retirement.
