Yesterday was a horrible day, but taught me a lesson. I am not a sweet eater, like my carbs but not from sweets. For some unknown reason I needed sweets yesterday (no, not PMS I am beyond that). So I ate a Little Debbies cherry pie, 2 fat free fig newtons and a convenience store size packet of Oreos....what the heck????? I was not hungry, but couldn't stop myself. I believe that my mind is trying to sabotage me. Well, I am not going to let that happen!!!

  I'm sorry. Can I suggest having a square of very dark chocolate when you have those cravings? I like the Lindt 85% dark chocolate. Only a little bit will satisfy that sweet craving.
