100,000 minutes?

Saturday, June 02, 2012

You know what is so great about Spark tracking? You can find out things like it is possible to move for 100,000 minutes! I just hit that milestone with my fitness minutes yesterday, and boy does that feel great! Sure I've been Sparking for quite a while, and it took me 7 years to rack up those minutes, but still, 100,000 is a lot of minutes! That's 1,666 hours, nearly 70 days if I had just done them all at once. But that's the great thing about fitness, you can spread those minutes out, and do them a little at a time, 10 minutes here, 30 minutes there, it all adds up. And if you track them you get not only the motivation of seeing how many minutes you did this week or this month, you an also see those milestones coming, 10,000 minutes, 50,000 minutes, 100,000 minutes! Give me 60 or so more years and maybe I'll hit a million! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Awesome, I've probably done quite a bit more than my minutes show. I don't have access to a computer in the weekend so I don't bother logging my weekend minutes.

Honey, you inspire me! You rack up a lot of minutes every week and are one of the people I always look out for to bench mark against.

Incredibly well -done!
