What a blast!

So, we went kayaking on Thursday night. The kayak that I borrowed from by BIL was too small. Everytime I shifted my weight, I turned around in a circle. I didn't adjust the foot pedals before I got in, so they were too far for me to use. Plus this is a white water kayak, so it was a little hard to get in and out. BUT, I had such a great time! I can't wait to go again.

I looked online yesterday at new and used kayaks, and then around lunch time I got an email from LL Bean that this is their kayak sale weekend - what luck! I heading up today to see about buying one - can't wait!

I'm down 2 lbs this week, and down 1 size in my jeans - YEAH!

I have three things I'm working on. In Bob Harper's Skinny Rules, he has 21 rules, I'm focusing on 2 right now. No carbs after lunch and last meal is 3 hours before bedtime. I also have a goal of no alcohol, and I"m tracking it on my goals page.
