I am not going to associate a loss in terms of pounds this month. I have learned my lesson and I need to focus on something other than the scale!
I want a very colourful June calendar and to get to that point I need to work out more then I did last month (11 times).
* I am aiming to work out 15 times this month!
* I will weigh in both on Wednesdays and Fridays. I want to do this so I keep myself accountable.
I think June will be great! I'm excited for it and the challenges that lie ahead.
