ONEderland is HERE

My scale does funny things...... today I was down 2.6 pounds from yesterday - and anyone who knows anything knows one doesn't lose 2.6 pounds in one day... but it was glorious to see the number starting with ONE.... Just had to post on my tracker. I can officially say that I am HALF WAY TO GOAL now....
Of course, I'm wise enough to know that if history predicts present, the scale will go up/down/up/down this month, but my goal is to keep the number starting with ONE! Goodness, I'm going to have to take the scale on vacation to keep myself honest!

Seems like forever that I have seen this number on my scale - and THIS time, I'm not going to let it go back to TWO!

Oh, again, thank you SPARK, thank you LORD, thank you FRIENDS, and on to a glorious June!

I gain/lose up to 15 lbs in a day. Doesn't matter what scale. Have always done that, pretty much. Even as a teen, when it was that time of the month. Now it seems that something else is triggering the bloating. I gained 15 lbs after an allergic reaction last week and it took a long time to get rid of that... then it went back up with the swelling from the walking.

Keep on keeping on. You are doing it right!

Lois, You really are an inspiration to me. I dream of Onederland but have a ways to go. . .I'm really thrilled and happy for you. . .It must feel good to see that on your scale. I haven't even weighed myself in weeks, which isn't good, so maybe I'll "bite" the bullet and do that tomorrow. Enjoy your well earned success! Really so proud of you.

Hugs,

Jill

WTG, Lois!!! Like you I go up and down and up and down, but sometime it has to stay down there and it will, I have no doubt! Keep up the really great work. Hugs, Jeannie

PS: I took the scale with us when we went to AZ last winter and I carried it into the motel room each night so I'd have it to use! Not so hard to do, really, and worth it to me!

emoticon emoticon ,Sometimes what you see is the loss of water. I weigh myself first thing after using the restroom. That way it is pretty consistent. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Have a wonderful June. emoticon emoticon emoticon
