8:30am: 8oz high density berry greens drink, 8 oz water, 8oz hot tea, 2 tbs herbal cleansing formula
GYM!!: 10min running; 10min half versa climb, half elliptical; 10 min walking at incline
10:45am: 8oz high density greens drink, 8 oz water, 8oz hot tea
12:30pm: 8oz high density berry greens drink, 8 oz water
3:00pm: 8oz high density greens drink, 8 oz water
4:30pm: 12oz vegetable and fruit juice
7:00pm: turkey sandwich on whole wheat with avocado, sprouts, onion, and pepperocini's; half an individual bag of jalapeƱo chips, 5 bites of macaroni salad, 5 watermelon licorice pieces, 8oz pepsi....
GYM!!!: 15 min running, 10 min upright bicycle, 10min interval runs on treadmill
10:30pm: aloe vera and tons of water!!

interesting twist on the day.... but it was healthy at least!! (ish)
I am meeting with family tomorrow night for dinner too, so all will be the same but my dinner..... we shall see!
btw, I feel horrible right now! I scarfed down that sandwich and I feel so bloated it's not even funny!! emoticon
