Getting through another week

Broke the old steps record. I hit 9800 steps before 8 a.m. Not sure what my toal will be today but I'm going for 30,000. I was up three pounds this morning from the day before because I loaded on carbs last night. I finally took a few days off from the gym and had a double work out this morning. I got there when it opened and lifted for an hour and then went to spin class and hit it hard. Work has been crazy all week. Two key people have been out leaving me with this 1/2 wit. You know they are going to pay me extra for doing 2+ jobs.
