I don't generally set monthly goals, but I think I'm going to start & I think I'm going to track them with sparkstreaks.....but I'm trying to think of realistic & attainable goals. Something I need to work at, but can succeed if I work at it....
I'm thinking about:
6 glasses (8oz) of water daily
3 blogs a week
3 days of adductions & abductions per week (3 sets of 15 reps to start)
3 days of Coach Nicoles 20 min resistance band OR seated core workout per week
4 days of cardio (usually I hit this, but I need to do a bit better) per week
But I'm not finalizing this goal until Saturday (tomorrow) night because I want to think on it & see if they are really realistic.....
