Completed Day 1 of P90x After being super sick

Today was a success!!! I actually did better than the first time that I started the program! I pushed myself I felt stronger and felt soo good. I chose this time to blog after I complete the activity instead of setting myself up for for failure. so this what i did today.

My diet was sort of on key: I had some issues with fruit but I did get all of my veggies in. the fruit had soured before i could eat it emoticon

I tried to go to the park to walk 5 miles but my children had different plans that sent us home after 15 minutes. While I was there I had a voice in my head that said you know you can run from marker to marker(1/8 mile). Well so I challenged myself and did it and could have ran further. I was shocked. I DON'T RUN. I guess after losing close to 100lbs you can move your body more huh?

I came home prepared Lunch and then proceed to do my first day of P90x. It felt so good to do it. I would lie it hurt but felt so good. I really missed it.

I really look forward to tommorrow emoticon
