Wow it's June 1st...May went by so fast...this month I really plan on it being better then last month, because last month I had so much to do and so little time to do it all...I did alot of rushing and half stepping..

This month I plan on walking/jogging a lot more
Taking five(me breaks) through out the day( this is just me taking deep cleansing breaths)
Stretching through out my day
Making sure I put together all the things I need for the next day, the night before
Have my family help me grocery shop so I can cut down time in the store

So today I walked 4 miles..I was told to take it easy and yes I am listening..but I feel alot better and Monday I go back to my Dr. for a check up..hopefully no more cold!

So like I said it's a new month(Let's Make It Happen)..let's not forget to help each other along the way..Sometimes a little motivation, a goodie, a comment, will go a long way and make someone's day...Because it really helps me..Let's Do This!

    Good luck in June...I need to set my goals...I turn 40 on Sunday and need to get on the good foot, LOL!!!
