What a rough journey I have had with this weight loss. I decided to update my tracker. I had my starting weight at 244, which is what I started at when I began making a conscious effort to lose weight. That was 2 years ago though. It's time to start fresh.
I'm making small changes. I thought I could do it cold turkey, I just realize that it's setting me up for failure. One change at a time. This week it's no pop and more water and green tea. I'm trying to add more veggies and fruits too, but it will come in time.
I'm also trying to exercise at least 15 minutes per day. I did 20 minutes last night. Now I'm off to walk my mom's dog, which should give me 15 minutes!
