Ok so I started May out on a good note and strong but ended on the weak side. Between traveling to Houston to conduct training, my Grandmaís funeral in Ohio, and then camping Memorial Day weekend. Now I did get a run in when I was in Houston, I tried to run when I was in Ohio but the local Y when I called the Friday before neglected to tell me that on Sundays the center was not open, so I had to op for swimming at the hotel outside pool (was very cold), then camping I did manage to get up in the morning and run one of the days. So all in all I itís not like I did nothing, but it wasnít like when I am at home and I run in the morning three times a week and do Zumba at least twice and throw some strength training in at home.
But even with all that I still managed to less weight. I didnít think it would be possible seeing as while I was on the road I did not keep track of my calories and I wasnít working out as hard or as much as I would have been if I would have been home. I think for the most part I have practice enough with my food to know what portions I should be eating and when I should stop. And I did drink as much water as I could and tried to stay away for the soda while traveling.
It looks like I will be traveling again at the end of this month. So I have about 3 weeks to get back into my routine again and figure out what I will do when I have to travel to Houston again. Maybe take my 1.5 pound weights to do some toning in my room. . . . . . .
